i decided to start a blog because recently a few people have asked me if i have one. so this blog is being created to share my work as far as motorcycles go. ill be posting projects that im working on for friends, as well as the progress on my own bikes.
bare with me with i tweak and make adjustments to the layout of the blog layout
to start, this is my CB350 cafe racer:
its currently completely taken apart, the engine i thought was seized, but after removing the cam case breather, it turns out that the cam sprocket's bolts had sheered off! That means all i really need to do is replace two little bolts, ya can't really get luckier than that! i'm having Patrick Largin crack the case open to make sure that all the debris gets out, and also to check the bearings.
so in the mean time, im having the case covers powdercoated, and cleaning up the frame. if welded a lot of bolt holes shut, and cut off a lot of extra tabs that i dont need, like the tabs for the chain guard on the swingarm
here are a few more photos:
those last two images are of my roommate, to give some scale of size for the bike.
thanks for checking it out!
